USA: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. We try our best to expedite every order that comes in.

1.) Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area.

2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.

3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. *We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down. Review our Image Guidelines for more information.*

Yes,our portraits, greeting cards, and mugs can have up to 3 pets. Our phone cases are currently limited to two pets.

We create portraits for unique pets around the world. From cute bunnies to sea lions. Odds are, if it's an animal, we will create a custom portrait for you.

No, unfortunately we are not able to offer gift wrapping at this time. Sorry about that!

Unlike others, we send you a draft first until you are happy with the final product!

Sometimes different parts of your order will be sent at different times so you may receive one item before the other.

For example, if you have ordered both a canvas and a mug then you might receive the mug first. Rest assured we are working on your order and the other items will likely arrive very shortly. If you have any concerns, then please contact our customer support team.
